Definitely the culture and how well everyone works together. We are all encouraged to speak up if we have ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is listened to, often in meetings they will ask everyone for their opinion so that we all get a chance to say what we are thinking.
What makes you most happy at work?
It’s good being in a space where we can say what we are thinking and offer our opinions without worrying about what others will say or if it’s appropriate. I like that I feel
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid time off, and my manager actively encouraged us to use it so that we would remain refreshed. It was a nice change and not what I was used to. At my old work we were encouraged NOT to use our PTO at all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how passionate they are about business communications. They really care about their customers and want to stand out from the other competitors in this space and be the best by having the best product. They are constantly talking about how we can improve.
