I think one area of improvement would be around processes. As a fast growing and changing company, it’s hard to move towards more structure but it is important to create a solid experience for customers. We need some more structure her

It was a while ago but the impression I got was that the people interviewing me cared about doing a good job and getting the right people into the business. They were passionate. It made me want to be a part of it all.
