We work really hard but we also have a good time. There are lots of social events and people are very welcoming.

I would like more structured and regular performance reviews. That way I would know what I need to work on to get to the next level.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was really easy and I knew I was a good fit for the role right from the start. There were no smoke and mirrors, they were honest and direct which meant I knew I was in the running.
