Nextiva has kept the cost of benefits down which has allowed my pay increases to help with other aspects of my life, and not be absorbed into benefits cost increases.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like completing projects. I have worked in places where I had too much red tape and process to change anything. At Nextiva, as long as my team and leadership agree we can change what we need to. Seeing us become better in any way is a great reward.
