Working with coworkers virtually or in person. Completing tasks and exceeding expectations.

There's a sense of openness to ask questions and get advice or guidance when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to really contribute and be involved with meetings regarding future state of the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's forward thinking and seems to really care about providing great customer experiences. Changes which will impact existing customers are taken very seriously before making those changes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Particularly with the last 2 years, there has been a marked focus on retaining the talent we have and overhauling our existing benefits and comp to really put our people as a priority.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The quality of health insurance for my needs has been solid, the 401K matching pushed to me to start earlier than I would have otherwise to not leave what is, effectively, free money on the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's been a real investment and a sense of care towards the people in the past few years. From more obvious, overdue things, like parental leave, to the larger things like jumping to WFH so fast and re-examining pay structures. It seems like those more basic needs are being more of a focus
