What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
while remote the company tries to keep us engaged with other teams and each other. I like the swag we get.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They share pretty openly about the future of the company and where they are going. The plans they talk about are going into action which is nice to see things come to life.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being remote, while I love my team and job being cooped at tiny desk breathing in each other's air isn't ideal. My boss's respect my work ethic and trust me to work well at home.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Annual reviews are fair and we should be rewarded annually to show we are valued. It would be nice to receive an additional raise based on the increase in the cost of living Also push our base pay to match more of the national standards since AZ is consistently a lower wage state.
