For the industry we are still underpaid per role however we are given the tools we need to succeed.

My managers ae constantly giving me feedback as well as empowerment to ensure my day to day operations are smooth.

The role i have allows me to be essential for nextivas growth but at the same time we have the best environment for being yourself. our team has worked incredibly hard to keep the Nextiva ways that we all enjoyed when we started.
