Nextiva is growing so there's always new things to learn! On top of that, we have some of the best leaders who actually care that their employees are being challenged. Best company culture!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love working at Nextiva but my position here requires a lot of work & a lot of hours. I came in at a lower salary (because it's a great company) and unfortunately, they haven't made it a priority to increase my pay to fair market value, while bringing in others at that rate with increased budget.
