This company does not care about the workers that is in the warehouse , the management that the hire have no earthlu idea how to manage , they show favoritism to women , they drink and smoke weed on the job. Nike has hired people that is destroying there company slowly but surely

They talked like they really had my back until I actually start working in the warehouse
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
BETTER MANAGEMENT, the people thats in charge have destroyed this conpany as a whole and I would love to see change or at least proper training or something PLEASE
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers, these are some of the hardest working people i know but to get treated like we dont come to work each and everyday and do out job and meet our goals is ridiculous
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadershp team needs to get better at communicating because i have never in my life seen so many people in management or people who are so called "leaders" not know how to communicate or keep yhe morale up on the job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Whats going on , is that it is alot of underpaid workers here and need investigation on managers, Nike beeds to do a full sweep and stop being lazy and worry about whats going on at the bottom and not just the top
