The revolving door of leadership at Nike at multiple levels is not constructive. Leaders often last 1-2 years at most and then a new leader comes in and changes the strategy, the operating model and the org. Perpetual change for no reason at all. It's inefficient and demoralizing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company 401K match is very good, the Deferred Compensation Plan is also terrific (for senior leadership only). All employees can buy the stock at a discount.
