Nobody is yelling or demanding. The work gets done and the people are chill.

When my work is actually used and implemented. That I'm contributing and making a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not cutthroat, try to maintain a good culture and good vibes. Not perfect but thoughtful and so far feels like they've handled things well, particularly though COVID.
