Only does proper work when being watched. No consisted work flow. One day this way, the next day a new group decides to do it a different way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing, being available, being present...never see, always in office or meetings. Do not know how to approach employees and correct them. Too many layers to management. A lot of waisted payroll.
