Connection to sport, inspiring and creative opportunities.

Motivational team that is making themselves more accessible and approachable.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Met with multiple directors and was hired through the internship program.

What makes you most happy at work?

Challenging projects and opportunities. I am fortunate to work on an amazing team doing amazing work.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Clear opportunities for advancement, mature and capable leadership that prioritizes people of profit, creativity and abandons favoritism / mediocrity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Amazing and challenging projects that will grow and stretch your skill set. Amazing talent to work alongside with and occasional great leaders. The obvious connection to sport is also very positive.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Quality and talent of teammates on immediate team is incredible. What we are able to accomplish together is awe inspiring. However, the quality of team members varies dramatically from team to team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More transparency about the connection between performance reviews, promotion and compensation. Many director-level individuals are over compensated for roles and responsibilities that are deftly handled by entry level teammates. Compensation appears to be tied to who you are friends with.
