Hire competent people. Too young and no experirnce
Review from Sales Dept
Treat everyone equally. Resolve problems instead of ignoring them
Everything such as sales and customer service
extremely disconnected from Org Directors and below.
Hourly raise, better commission snd chNge teturn policy
Review from Sales Dept
There are too many salespeople competing on the salesfloor therefore it is challenging to make decent commission, returns are also deducted from commission pay and returns can be made at any time. The expectations to provide great customer service are high yet the pay is very low.
I could be making much more at another company. I feel I was misled in the interview process and told I could not be offered more, only to find out I was lowballed. I wish the company offered more than 3-5% yearly raises as this doesn't keep up with inflation.
yes, very. Diversity is drying up as the wave of layoff's, riff's and attrition have been DAI and women IC roles and LT roles.
Harassment. No support from HR
Understand sales, respect everyones soace
Review from Sales Dept
Professionalism, no bullying, no cliques
less threats by management about PEP and a better training framework
There is literally nothing short of firing about 95% of all supervisors that could even begin to improve this company.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Supply chain program management has a culture of blame before you get blamed. This creates a lack of cooperation among technical project managers and an unwillingness to share information or help. Best to make others look incompetent in order to not look incompetent yourself.
Review from Engineering Dept
Hire happy people. if leadership is miserable...do something about it.
More communication and more management presence on the salesfloor. Less emphasis on high metrics and more merit on providing customer service and team work. Better pay and more transparency, more consistent schedules.
Everything. It dies mirror the Nordstrom Brand
More training, more leadership, more emphasis on service, more equality.
More communication and better training for managers
More transparency and clarity from the start. Especially on the commission structure and pay.
The interview process was long and drawn out. I am in a technical role, and only 1 of the 7 (yes, seven) interviews was technical. Because of this, I feel the company hires people they like more than people who are truly qualified.
They lied to me about hours and accommodations for my disability.
They lied to me about hours and accommodations for disability.
acctually asking questions that apply to the position offered
At one time a great place to shop. Womens snd home Departments have become irrelevent.
Stop trying to be a Rack. Start trying to be a store people trust.
Over 80% of people are document illiterate, over 60% of people review the company negatively; address their complaints and then put in a system to more easily ban morons.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Managers take advantage just because of their position, they are unappreciated and have no knowledge of what they are doing
Supervise clise use camera for real
promoting and developing employee often
Review from Sales Dept
Be compensated for all of the work that I do.
Review from Sales Dept
Because of comission based sales, coworkers can tend to be conniving
