Encouragement ans positivity spread among coworkers and department managers. Lots of learning experiences on the job.

The people I work around
I can tell that upper management want their people to succeed and move upward in the company. This is very refreshing.
the Diversity that is present in every meeting, every center, every huddle, every event. Each team member is treated with respect and dignity and has valuable and important input, no matter what the topic is. Nordstrom genuinely cares about their employees as well as the customer!
