The management team I work with is a bit new but they are trying.

My work environment is positively optimistic however however life tends to get in the way and things definitely seem gray sometimes
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has heart which has kept me here. Is everyone tries but there was always more to do due to 2 not enough team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I 1st applied I requested $15 an hour and only received 14. I am the only full time delivery driver at my store and It has created a bit of a rough situation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To start with up your minimum pay based on the cost of living per state. Offer additional paid training for store leadership personnel in communication and listening skills. Offer more than 10 min breaks to delivery drivers because most of the time we don't even get them.
