Out of my 30 plus years in customer Service on the retail and management and ownership side at O'Reilly auto parts in Irvine CA where I did work have I been treated so unfair and horrible. I've gotten to the point of being passed up for a job I was hired to do to outright discrimination

The medical for my family
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My customers and the Tustin store ally and Spencer whom I'll miss were great to work with and that's pretty much it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying attention to customer reviews corporate reviews and investigate and don't play part in the I don't like that guy so let's drag him along till he just quits . I'm so unbelievably traumatized
What did you like most about the interview process?
In was hired prior to current manager by ceasar under trained poor guy but honest and FAIR . Oscar berenstain great guy rediculously genuine and humble just not given in my opinion effective staff in Irvine .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well their is no even playing field if you are not in the so called clique . Games are played everyday in Irvine CA and certain individuals are allowed to earn money from your company for much less work than others . Never seen it so outright blatant in your face
