Keeping their team members accountable. Only team members that are held at a standard is the ones that were here before the pandemic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Chic-fil-a literally starts at $16 an hour. No one wants to work in this dumpster fire of a warehouse if you can go to a fast food restaurant for the same pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is too much work and not enough team members to complete the job. We are all tired of the overtime the past two years. There is so much wrong here but it boils done to lack of training.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually do their job so we can get out of here at a reasonable time. Most of them seem to think going to work is to socialize. Management does little to nothing to stop it. Partly because no one wants to be a supervisor here because you make more as a team member with less overtime hours.
