Working at my store is great, love my crew! Pay is absolutely low. Favoritism does happen, hard workers are not appreciated. Store level, great, corporate level- they could care less about you.

We always step in to help one another, except the one who smells like crap.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay for everyone at the stores, not corporate level. The stores are what bring in the money for the greedy corporate heads and we get paid poor wages.
