What do you like best about the leadership team?

It strives to increase revenue, but fails by trying to minimize labor cost and overhead expenses. Quarterly numbers continue to change for lower management to maintain.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The commission percentages could be higher, along with hourly rate increases. Benefits are not applicable to all employees and earned PTO is not readily available at the employee's request. Upper management prefers not to allow store managers to have set schedules and days off. Overall rating 4.5/10
