At store 741 there is discrimination against age and religious beliefs the manager seems to play favoritism to certain employees and employees that have dedicated their carreers to Oreilly are being discriminated against by having rheir schedule changed several times a pay period
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a set schedule and a boss that trusts i am properly trained and know my job without her trying to babysit everyone
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To have a set schedule with days off on the same days have been at oreilly for 18 years and have had to work very few weekends but now it is like everything is changing never have rhe same schedule
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation when i wont have to deal with the stress of this monster who when you say something she doesn't like she just walks away and that upsets me to the point of no return there was never this much stress before this manager normal stress for a fast paced business but now its rediculous
