I love the store and the people I work with. The corporate policies and policing of coverage at the store is to the point that some days I want to walk away and find something else. Having to answer phones lines and have a line of six people in front of us with only two counter people is too much.

The people and most of the customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture nothing. The environment we try to keep light and humorous.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together no matter what mix is there that day. We all help each other out and get things done.
