The end of my shift, and receiving a lower then average paycheck for all l do at O'Reilly's.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I get off after my shift is over. I used to have a great love and loyalty to O'Reilly company, but O'Reilly's doesn't care about the workers, and there attitude is that hourly employees are expendable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working for O'Reilly's for five years and my managers and DM tell me how much of a asset to the company and after five years the best they could do was a 30 cent an hour raise in my pay, l was shocked, and if O'Reilly's can only give me 30 cents more a hour, they can keep it.
