People on my team are great but my boss has no idea of what his job is and how to do it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is about four of us that accually puts in the work the others do not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ones that i can depend on are great, i am talking about the 4 other team members.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accually making it easier for the team to complete our goals and for the managers to accually do there own jobs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do the work of three people every night , i work the over night replens shift and end up doing so much work it is hard for me to even get out of bed the following days.
