More than 1% raise every 6 months. O'Reilly employees are expected to do it all for less.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I did appreciate the level of professionalism that was required. I wish more of my co-workers took the honesty/integrity approach seriously.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around my team. And seeing my "regulars" who would sometimes just come in the store to chat. That shows a good store-when the customers become regulars.
