I was very shy at first but this job has made me come out of my shell regarding interacting with the public.

Wasn't made uncomfortable or like I didn't have enough experience.

Being able to learn how to help people with their car problems.

They are professional when they need to be but fun when time allows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm allowed to work on my own without constant supervision because i can be trusted to do my job accurately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish I got paid more considering they keep me at part time hours just so I don't get any vacation or sick pay or any benefits.
