I love the work and I love my coworkers. I do wish the management would be on the same page more, with the scheduling. I think for those of us who have been there longer, we should be paid better, but overall it is a good job.

The personalities, along with how hard working and understanding and effective we try to be mlm
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Staying on the same page as each other. Mutual understanding between everyone. Becoming better organized and updating all of the POS systems
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the friendly attitudes, and that there is almost always coffee or water for tea available. I love that there is open communication.
