There were good and bad. And that is with any company. I think upper management needs work on how to talk to and coach their employees so that everyone is on the same page.

The coverage is good and not terribly expensive

The best part about it was that they were very laid back about the interviewing process

The most positive is having other co workers who um understand what is going on in the facilities
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to communicate better, and not treat the employees all the same. Give compliments, and raises according to performance not popularity
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to communicate better. And not worry so much about what each person is doing, and work together to get things accomplished
