What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We need even work load and better pay.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Dm was direct on company goals and strategy

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Employee retention, life/ work balance. ALWAYS short staffed. Retaliation if things doesn?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Consistently. Professional management that’s helps teams succeed by leading by example and holding employees to an equal standard and not punishing working employees due to lazy ones. And pay

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management is extremely conservative with pay and always complain about being short staffed wile never conducting interviews or looking for people. Retention is low due to overwhelming amount of work and low pay. However, store manager works 70 hours a week getting paid hourly.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Store manager is not equally consistent with coaching his employees. One particular one will stand over merchandise that need to be put away and management will not say a thing. Closers come in and have to do all the clean up work and still be reprimanded for not doing things 100%.
