Its the people that make coming to work enjoyable. Talent isnt always recognized and recognition is not applied equitably among departments.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm not sure there is enough imagination in the C-suite, nor even an eye beyond the next quarter's numbers to fuel any growth at all. This company will die. Just a matter of how and when.
