Communication of actual goals. Pay based on performance. No artificial ceilings on pay.

Manager heavy. They do observations and carry clip boards. Very few employees to actually work.

I go to work each day with goals to achieve. But few employees mean I cashier most of the day

After 15 years as full time was changed to part time with over $2 per hour pay cut. I'm a valued employee making barely over minimum wage!
