Co workers are good people just don't like to work because they are under valued. Horrible company to work for.

Low pay for management. Need to be paid a competitive wage to keep management. Now I know why they are always hiring management

Taking care of associates and not worry about themselves. Store manager always sits in the office and only works between 35 to 38 hours.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value your associates and give them some praise just don't point out the negative that they need to work on. Let them know you value them
