What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing it's give give give pushing for the best with no comparation .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
managers are a close knit structure in my store associates keep moving along
What are some of the best things about your team?
No payroll , no employees, only ones that do not care or steal from us
What makes you most happy at work?
To much micro management, causes us to lose connection with the customer! No comensation for the employee's low pay
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
open up some payroll better range of pay for managers beneath the store manager, some real care and concern for us lower managers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
most of the associates do not care enough we are a stopping place for them , while the managers have to cover and struggle due to payroll being always cut
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Cost of living goes up our raises are so low. In the 11yrs I have been with this company my raises are a total of a little over $3 . Thats no help for a Family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After working with this company for 11 years I feel I am not paid nearly enough for all they expect us as managers to do. I can not even make ends meet with out my daughters help. At almost 60 this is not where I thought I would be in life to top it off they now CAPPED MY Earning potential! Its a !
