We need more help with the Logistics's workload and available payroll for that help. Therefore improving morale.

Being supportive, honest and actively attempting to develop the existing talent instead of hiring from outside the company @ higher pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Passed up for a promotion Twice and very low pay. More liberal commission and bonus opportunity to compensate for the low pay scale.
