What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My manager is terrible. She hires terrible workers who don't listen to instructions. They're lazy, selfish and uncommunicative.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm trained in every single thing but I didn't get a raise until I complained that my brother started w the company, making more than I did.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My mangers ran all of the good workers out of the store. They talk about you behind your back to everyone but won't say anything to you.
