We're all paid unfairly so we love to complain together! The turnover is ridiculous, but I've rarely had problems with people not wanting to cooperate and work together. We're all great at helping each other out.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unfair pay and too many tasks! I'd like to be able to focus on one thing at a time, rather than constantly being pulled in a million directions and then getting yelled at for not accomplishing everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not sure if it's the same at other stores, but they'll claim I'm getting a raise and then I find out it's because the minimum wage went up. We're paid extremely unfairly for the amount of tasks we're forced to do, and there's so much micro-managing.
