Know what is going on in the stores instead of just looking at numbers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm underpaid for the work I do. Corporate has made it difficult to achieve bonuses.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's all gone downhill. Not much to change it except to make wrongs right - too late now.
