Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Felt underpaid for the work that was performed. DId managerial work for minimum wage pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a dying market i think. I give the company a few more years before massive store closures.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Corporate/DM level. They need to understand that goals cant be met every single day, and not to complain to us when we're slow and not making sales, we cant push for services when there's no customers..
