Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's no respect within the company at all. The pay for cross trained employees is also not adequet to what it should be. I've personally been with the company for two years and earned petty raises (less than 25¢ total) and I am cross trained for multiple positions.
