What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers tend to be amazing and make it worth it. That said there are some that make you want to quit, but that's par for the course.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked there a few years and people hired recently to do the same job make 2-3 dollars more. My managers are aware and said they would address this issue, that was last year. Still currently no adjustments to my compensation, even though I am more experienced and even trained the new employees.
