The constant changes in culture and procedure, plus the cuts in payroll are going to bankrupt this company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cheaper insurance would be nice; our price for decent insurance is too high for what they try to get away with paying us.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More people to make the rush hours and tasking from corporate easier to manage. Literally if we had two more full timers, it would not be so bad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stand up for their employees and policy instead of buckling at the whims of thieves and capitalist bull. Just because you make more money in the short term doesn't mean you should abandon your ethics.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my co-workers are good at their job, most of them are fine to interact with from a co-worker side... But a lot of them are awful with customers or lazy, bigoted pieces of garbage that management refuses to get rid of because we can't hire for anything. (Or management agrees with said bigotry
