Everyone partners and respects the qualities each member brings to the table. The team embraces diversity and the different perspectives that each person brings to the bigger picture.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Added reassurance and instilling of confidence from executive leadership. While the changes are rapid fire, reassurance and a little validation to the team would go a huge distance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite the changes happening the culture is shifting fast. Knowing change is important to the overall success, our teams are definitely seeing the changes that are being made to be positive and the new culture is emerging and reflecting the positives.
