
Better insurance. I am a specialist and cannot afford the rising med expenses for epipens so I do without.
Communication. Our GM makes promises to associates about shift changes including departmental and doesn't notify anyone. Commu location straight across the board all departments.
Accountability. Some get in trouble others don't. Some are babied others are pushed out the door. Examples need to be made for not following SOP regardless of how long you have been there.
The people that show up to make a difference and feel that they are a part of something. It has really turned around however we keep losing key positions they give up and quit
