Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked for office depot for about 3 yrs and only making 8.61hr....i feel with my experience I should be making more ..they cut hours like crazy ,I was down 16 hrs a week...can't make a living with that kind if pay and those kind of hrs....pretty sad!
