Nice, friendly people I enjoy working with. My main issue is at a corporate level. Cutting our hours and expecting more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in a management position. Customer Experience Supervisor (tech manager) to be exact, and Im only making around 11 dollars an hour. I could make that much bagging groceries at HEB, and frankly I'm not sure why I dont at this point.
