Commission is good but barely existent as far as percentages go.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cooperation. If someone needs help, another co worker is always there to back them up.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. All my coworkers are amazing in personality and for the most part, customers are respectful
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team never argues. Synergy is the only thing we need to work on. As far as work ethic, they are great though.
