
Nobody cares about working there. It's just go there, be a zombie in order to get the minimum wage paycheck, or for managers a couple dollars over minimum wage.
Taking care of employees is at the absolute lowest priority list. Second lowest is customers. The big priority is money, money, money and how to fill the companies pockets. Which is probably why the company is going under.
The company is on the brink of ending, so they try and take away employee's incentives to make a few extra bucks when I bet if they benefited their employees, the employees would benefit the company a lot better.
