
Some co workers just come to work and don't do anything. Literally sit on their phone in the furniture pad and don't get anything said to them about it
Constant hours and people just need to have a better attitude about what they need to get done and that yes sometimes they have to help on registers too when it's busy even though it's not the best part of the store
My work place just is overall negative and always understaffed. I have customers who complain about there once being three team members in the whole store during the morning/ mid shift and a lot of customers tell menthebare dissatisfied with the help they got
The majority of the team is great however, the manager at my store is not good at schedualing, makes inappropriate comments and has accused me of stealing from the register but when I asked her to show me the camera and why she thinks I did she said she "couldn't"
