My manager and his work ethics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great, sometimes a bit incompetent but overall decent. Only a select few don’t know what they’re doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is such a good guy. He helps us out as much as he possibly can and works extremely hard. I would just like a raise or promotion of some sort.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in the print center full time at 21 and make EXACTLY the same as a 17 year old part time cashier. I’m always called into work on my days off when I’m not even in management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to hire more people as being short staffed in impress and even in the store is terrible. No one is hiring more people on which is terrible. That and getting paid the same as a part time cashier for 10 times the work is unreal.
