I do twice as much work as my male counter part and paid way less. Even with a degree.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Open up payroll and get rid of cybernet. It is by far the worst scheduling system I’ve seen in 20 years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Corporate needs to come and work the floor and see how less payroll is killing the customer expierence. 3 people on the floor in a warehouse size store leads to extremely irate customers and employees ready to walk out door from stress
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Continuously trying to change how we deal with the customers has caused the customers to stop coming in they want to come in by what they need and get out there tired of having us tell them all about the new paper the new ink rewards they just want to come in and buy what they need and get out
